Covid-19 Update
Dear Patients,
In order to minimize Covid-19 community transmission and to provide a safe environment for our staff and patients, we have made some changes in the ways we operate. Please note:
- All the appointments will be booked as phone consultations initially. If deemed necessary, the face to face consultation will be offered by the consulting doctor after the initial phone consultation
- Any patients, regardless of age or health conditions, who are experiencing the following symptoms MUST have a Negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours before they can be offered a face to face consultation:
- fever cough
-sore throat
-loss of taste
-loss of smell
- cold
- flu
- sinus issues
-hay fever
- runny nose
-blocked nose
-tiredness
-headache
-aches and pains
-diarrhoea
-a rash
-red or irritated eyes
-difficulty breathing
-shortness of breath
-loss of speech
-loss of mobility
-confusion
-chest pain
- Any patients with above mentioned symptoms who have Negative Covid-19 test, and require a face to face consultation after the phone consultation would be seen in the carpark only. Evidence of your Negative Covid-19 test will be required
- Masks are still mandatory. If you have an exemption, please provide when asked by staff.
- Notify staff of your Covid-19 vaccination Status
- All patients who have travelled interstate or overseas within the last 7 days MUST inform reception staff when booking an appointment
- Only the patient and one carer is allowed in the consulting room
